World’s Biggest and Baddest Bugs

Follow Ruud Kleinpaste in this documentary as he sets out to travel the planet in search of the world’s biggest and ugliest insects.

Leave the fly swatter and the bug spray in the closet – they won’t help you. It won’t help Ruud Kleinpaste either, as he relishes contact with dangerous and deadly insects.

The film has him explaining about different bugs and allowing more than 5,000 killer bees to hang out on his body.

Entomologist Ruud Kleinpaste has a strange love for insects and will do almost anything to demonstrate it, including covering himself with killer bees, enduring bullet ant stings, and getting up close and personal with a goliath bird-eating spider.
