In the history of music, there might not have been an album that has defined a genre quite like Nirvana’s Nevermind.
Released in 1991, the album single-handedly helped create the genre that was known as grunge and went on to become diamond by the RIAA and sold 10 million copies in the US alone.
Nevermind was the second album released by the three scruffy guys from Seattle and was produced by Butch Vig and mixed by Andy Wallace.
The documentary features surviving members Krist Novoselic (bass) and Dave Grohl (drums) who share their stories, the recording of the album and about Kurt Cobain and the legacy he left behind after his death.
The film includes interviews with Garry Gersh, Butch Vig, Jonathan Ponneman, Nils Bernstein, Thurston Moore, Jack Endino, and much more.
